Library Card Poster

This project was designed as a non-digital typography-based poster. I designed a library checkout card referencing the children’s PBS TV show Arthur, constructed a pocket, and scanned it inside a book cover. While this library technology is now out of fashion, it evokes a sense of nostalgia and tactile feeling of a physical book. To best incorporate the quote and customize the sizing, I separately stamped, scanned, and arranged the letters onto the pocket. While it is not on the card itself, it is a clear reference to the date stamp and vintage feel of the poster.
